(http://dadsrights.com), was victorious in securing physical custody of a 3-year-old boy for an Alsip, IL father after a challenging and litigious trial in the Circuit Court of Rock Island County last Tuesday.

In what was an emotionally-charged trial where the mother alleged bizarre behavior on the part of the father in an attempt to sway the court in her favor. Attorney Arenson was able to successfully establish that the mother acted to alienate the father and his family from the child and the mother’s additional accusations against both the father and his family were found to be baseless.

Arenson is in complete agreement with the Court in their decision that the child will have a better chance at success being raised by his father who can provide a loving and supportive family environment.

“This young child needs to be in a stable, nurturing home and his father can provide that,” said Atty Arenson. “The allegations the mother made against my client and his family were outrageous and we proved today in court that doing the right thing will trump deception.”
