Feb. 8- On Feb. 3, MetroSouth Medical Center employees gathered for Wear Red Day in recognition of National Heart Month.  MetroSouth is known for its outstanding cardiac care and on Feb. 22 will be hosting 1980 U.S. Olympic Hockey Team goalie Jim Craig later this month for an open-to-the-public heart event.  Jim Craig lost his dad to a growing artery condition call Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) and will be visiting Blue Island to talk about awareness and prevention.  Visit www.metrosouthmedicalcenter.com for more information and to register.
