On Saturday, March 31, Mother McAuley High School hosted its 1^st Annual Science Fair for students in grades 6 through 8. Students were invited to showcase a science project focusing on an Investigation or Invention. Science teachers and McAuley alumnae served as judges, awarding prizes to the top three entries in each of the two categories. Congratulations to the following winners.

Invention category:

1^st Place: Emily Bobber, (7^th grade, St. Christina) for her project, “Traveltricity”

2^nd Place: Morgan Insley, (7^th grade, St. Christina) for her project, “Go Team Gadget”

3^rd place: Will March and Liam Daniher (6^th grade, St. John Fisher) for their project, “Cool Knees”

Investigation category:

1^st Place: Maggie Hackett and Erin Walsh, (8^th grade, St. Christina) for their project, “Who Has a Better Memory: Males or Females?”

2^nd Place: Angelica Diego (7^th grade, Peck Elementary), for her project “Furry Little Rabbits”

3^rd Place: Grace Rost, (7^th grade, Cardinal Bernadin), for her project “Hydroponics”
