ABC7 has declared Richard L. Grabowski of Hometown the winner of the GOP primary for the Congressional 3rd District. Grabowski handily beat Western Springs attorney Jim Falvey and neo-Nazi Arthur J. Jones of Lyons for the Republican nomination.
Grabowski goes up against Democrat Congressman Dan Lipinski in November.
