OAK LAWN — More Women Come Forward Against Advocate Christ Doctor, Police and Attorneys Say

Dr. Rajat Prakash was put on leave last month after it was alleged he fondled a patient. Five woman have come forward since the physician's arrest, a civil attorney says, leaving the door open for a civil suit.

ORLAND PARK — Kustok Murder Hearings Continued to April

A year and half later, investigations continue into the death of Allan Kustok's wife, Jeanie.

PALOS — Psych Test to Explore Driver's Intention in Granat Murders

Mohammad Salahat is accused of driving other men to murder John and Maria Granat in Palos Township in September 2011.

Also, pretrial hearings were continued six weeks for Palos Hills-resident Joseph Campione. Though he has since pleaded not guilty to theft, Campione turned himself in late last year after surveillance footage showing a man steal a donation canister from a Crestwood convenient store was released to news sources.

TINLEY PARK — Trial Begins for Painted Pastures Owner Accused of Animal Cruelty and Neglect

Prosecutors presented their evidence in what could be the first of three cases against Dawn Hamill.

Will County

TINLEY PARK — An Orland Park involved in a DUI accident related to the death of a 70-year-old Tinley Park woman returns to court in just one week. Nicholas Gorny was more than four times the legal blood-alcohol limit when his car crossed lanes and struck a car driven by Loretta Falat, who succumbed to her injuries a month later, police said. Gorny pleaded not guilty in November.
