Patch had a great time at the Oak Lawn Park District/Oak Lawn Green Team’s Earth Day Celebration on April 30.  Despite a rumor started by a village police officer that all the coyotes and the wolf from Big Run Wolf Run were trapped at the Wolfe Wildlife Refuge, everyone had a good time visiting the exhibits and reducing their carbon footprints. Many thanks to Mother McAuley face-painters Claire O’Malley, Sara Sabadosa and Sara Paschke for making the Patch editor look like she was organized.
