Mariano's is New Anchor Tenant at 111th Street Development
Mariano's Fresh Market will anchor the redevelopment at 111th Street and Cicero Avenue. Oak Lawn Village Board set to make presentation at Tuesday's regular meeting.
Oak Lawn Trustee Tom Phelan (Dist. 6) announced in his Neighborhood Updates newsletter on Tuesday afternoon that Mariano's Fresh Market will anchor the 111th Street and Cicereo Avenue development.

Chicago Real Estate Daily reported in December that Skokie-based developer Taxman Corp. landed seven new tenants after signing Mariano’s to anchor the Gateway to the West Loop Development at Madison and Halsted. Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance Inc., GNC Inc., Eggsperience Pancakes & Café, Massage Envy Spa, Supercuts Inc., Red Mango Inc. and Pet Stuff are set to open there in the spring.
Oak Lawn trustees are set to vote on an ordinance between the village of Oak Lawn and HP Stony Creek LLC approving and authorizing the execution of a ground lease “at the northwest corner of 111th Street and Cicero Avenue.”
