Smoke 'Em If You Got 'Em
An upset customer broke the glass door at 7-Eleven at 4501 W. 95th St. when the clerk would not sell tobacco products to her friends because they could not produce ID. Police said that two men came into the store around 1:23 a.m. to buy tobacco. One of the men got upset when the clerk wouldn’t sell it to him without ID, and started yelling in the store. Two women joined the men and they, too, started yelling at the clerk. As the four left the store, one of the women kicked the door, cracking it. When the clerk advised them that they had broken the door, the four jumped into their car and fled.

How can one shatter a picture window with a pizza? What was it made from cement?

I used to work at 7 eleven and it is scary there at night when nobody is around. I think all stores should have more than 2 people working at night to help with yahoos such as those that got angry with the clerk. Or at least have a guard dog inside the store.

With 1 person working, how can they take a lunch or break? These stores get away with not following the law, and those employees don't make much more than mininmum wage!
