A search is underway for Kamal Yasin, 32, of Chicago Ridge, who is driving a red 1996 Mercedes Benz with the Illinois license plate H711555. Police say he is is considered armed and dangerous.
Police responded to call of multiple persons fighting in the parking lot at 94th Street and Kilbourn Avenue around 11:28 p.m. Saturday.
Officers followed a blood trail to the emergency department they learned two brothers were being treated for knife wounds, according police news release.
The first brother is a 30-year-old Burbank man who was stabbed in the head and torso. The second brother is a 20-year-old Chicago Ridge man who was stabbed in the face and back, police said.
Both men are hospitalized in serious condition at Advocate Christ.
Police believe the stabbings stemmed from an incident earlier in the evening at a family member’s residence in Chicago Ridge. Yasin is alleged to have followed both brothers to the parking lot where they had gone to check on a relative unrelated to the earlier incident at home.
Yasin is considered armed and dangerous. Police ask the public to call 911 immediately if they spot Yasin or his car.

Things are just going to get worse as the Hospital grows and now that it's the main trauma center. What is Christ doing about security all around the hospital? There should be armed security guards constantly patroling the parimeter of the hospital. What is the OLPD doing about keeping the visitors out of our neighborhoods? They need to hire a lot more officers to patrol our streets. With this trauma center, more and more degenerates will come to the hospital. What is being done about total security in and out of the hospital? Can anyone respond?

Yes, Random violence, for Oak Lawn and the surrounding community will evaporate in 180 days. This story isnt about the hospital, its about a domestic violence case from the community.

Working Guy, the OLPD did not provide a photo. However, it appears that Mr. Yasin has been arrested in Michigan. Here is an update. http://patch.com/A-0zw4

Its just really sad that at this day and age you still have racist people in the world. No one should be injured in any kind of way, but to make comments about your precious Oaklawn. Wake up! Your little town is not without fault.
By the way they didn't ask for this, so keep your rude comments in your brains!
