FBI Searching for Hickory Hills Bank Robbery Suspect

TCF Bank branch in Hickory Hills was robbed Thursday afternoon, FBI says. Bank robbery suspect fled on foot.

A bank robber knocked off a TCF Bank branch in Hickory Hills just after 2:30 p.m. Thursday.

The suspect—described as a white male between in his 20s, about six-foot-one, wearing white shorts, dark green shirt and baseball cap—walked into the TCF Bank branch at 9357 South Roberts Road and slipped a note to the teller. The note implied that he had a weapon, but none was displayed.

After getting an undisclosed amount of cash, witnesses said the man fled on foot. No injuries were reported.

Tattoos on both inner forearms. Dumb & desparate. Glad he wasn't violent. How sad that bank robberies are so frequent. Sign of the times. Sad

did they find him? he didn't use any disguise, has identifiable tattoos and fled on foot.
