If you try to argue a person doesn't need a car, then clearly you don't live in Orland Park. Since I cannot get to my job without one, I need it. Since the majority of the people in Orland drive a block instead of walking or riding a bike, I'd say they "need" it too. As of now, my premiums are through the roof and I am extremely healthy yet I have to pay for those who choose to not take care of themselves. ObamaCare will provide crucial care for people who cannot afford it. I would personally sign up for it. What is the issue? I want to know why people are against this? It is so nice that you think a pregnant woman with a broken leg being attacked and sexually assaulted in her own home is funny. The odds are pretty good seeing as it actually happened. This was one of many 911 calls that the police received where the victim is pleading for help and hoping that it gets there in time.
I have never had my home broken into or needed my guns to protect me and my family, but I sure feel better knowing that I have the ability to protect my family if need be. Just so you know, I have a spare tire in my truck that I have never used, but I won't be getting rid of that either. I also have life insurance that I have never used, but will be keeping as well. Some things are for those just in case moments, a gun is one of those things.
