Two women face charges following a spree of disorderly behavior at Hooters, reports said.

Oak Lawn police reported to a disturbance at 9139 S. Cicero Ave., around 11:50 p.m. Aug. 31. When they arrived at the restaurant, police said they were met by the manager and encountered two women yelling at another Hooters employee.

The manager told police that the women, identified as Chantell D. Bunkley, 25, and Nicole Bunkley, 34, allegedly walked out of the restaurant without paying their bill. Police said Hooters employees chased down the women and brought them back inside the restaurant.

There, the women refused to pay the bill and began yelling obscenities at the manager and his employee, the report said.

Officers said that Nicole and Chantell Bunkley went off on the manager, threatening him as well as swearing and yelling at the customers.

According to the report, the manager said that as Chantell was yelling and pointing at him, she poked his face.

A male companion who was both women tried to pay the restaurant tab in cash, but that Chantell grabbed the money out of the employee’s hand and refused to give it back, police said. The man eventually paid the bill with a credit card.

After the bill was paid, both women refused to leave the restaurant, police said. The Bunkleys were arrested and taken into custody.

Chantell admitted to pointing her finger at the manager’s face, but she denied poking him, police said.

As both women were being taken into custody, police found two bottles of Hooters’ hot sauce in Chantell Bunkley’s purse, reports said. The merchandise was returned to the manager.

Both women were told they were no longer welcome at Hooters and that they would be charged with criminal trespassing if they returned, police said.

Upon arrival at the Oak Lawn police station, the arresting officer said that Chantell had wiggled her way of out the handcuffs and had to be re-constrained in the station garage.

Chantell Bunkley, a resident of Hanover Park, and Nicole Bunkley, of Chicago, were charged with disorderly conduct. Both are to appear in court on Oct. 22 at the Bridgeview Court House.
