Learn how to decorate cupcakes with more than 20 different design ideas. Sue Pelzer from Delicious Creatins will demonstrate how to use: icing, picks, and color to create some delicious and innovative designs. This is not a "hands-on" class, but you can buy a cupcake for $1. Children ages 10 and up accompanied by an adult are welcome. Register and prepay $1 for each cupcake is required. Call the library at 423-7753 with any questions.
