Calling all High School, Middle School, Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts, etc - big and small! Help is needed and Service hours will be provided!
The First United Methodist Church of Oak Lawn, at 100th & Central, is looking for some willing helpers on
Sunday, Oct 14, at NOON (please note date/time change)
to help unload a semi-trailer of pumpkins. Lunch is provided FREE to all who work at noon.
This Church provides MANY opportunities to scouts and leaders - and provides scouts, OA, & others with space when we need it! Plus, this will help this congregation and support their local fellowship. Please come out and support them!

More About First Methodist Church
First Methodist prides itself on cultivating an intimate church-going experience. Led by a local pastor, First Methodist offers a staffed nursery for infants and preschoolers and provides activity books for older children that attend service. Junior high and high school youth can participate in weekly meetings of the United Methodist Youth Fellowship, which goes on several field trips during the year. Located right off Central Avenue, it shares a large parking lot with Calvin Christian Reformed Church.
