The Society of St. Vincent de Paul has partnered with Age Options, a division of the National Council on Aging, to offer a "Senior Resource Day" on Friday, February 24 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at St. Andrew the Apostle School, 320 156th St. Calumet City, IL.
Counselors will be available to help seniors (55+) screen for benefits that might be available to them for rent, mortgage, legal assistance, and much more. The screening is limited to suburban residents and proper documentation is required. For more information, call (708) 862-4165.
