 r. He has been acting for more than 40 years and starred in more than 20
films.\n&nbsp\;\nDar&iacute\;n plays restaurateur Rafael Belvedere in t
he comedy-drama "Son of the Bride." Belvedere makes his living managing
the restaurant started by his father Nino\, and the stress of his work a
nd tensions within his family are beginning to frazzle him. Nino plans t

ch service they couldn't afford during their youth. But arranging the af
fair turns out to be far more complicated than they expect\, and leads t
o profound changes for the whole family.\n&nbsp\;\n&ldquo\;Nine Queens\,
&rdquo\; a crime drama\, opens with low-level hustler Juan trying to sca
m a convenience store cashier. Marcos (Dar&iacute\;n)\, claiming to be a
police officer\, drags Juan out of the store. But Marcos reveals himsel
f as a fellow swindler with a game of higher stakes in mind\, and he inv
ites Juan to be his partner in crime. A seemingly once-in-a-lifetime sch
eme falls into their laps &ndash\; an aging con man enlists them to sell
a forged set of extremely valuable rare stamps known as the Nine Queens
. The tricky negotiations that ensue bring into the picture a cast of su
spicious characters\, including Marcos' sister Valeria\, their younger b
rother Federico and a slew of thieves\, con men and pickpockets. As the
deceptions mount\, it becomes more and more difficult to figure out who
is conning whom.\n&nbsp\;\nThe crime thriller &ldquo\;The Secret in Thei
 r Eyes&rdquo\; features Dar&iacute\;n as Benjamin\, a former criminal co
urt employee in Argentina who wants to write a novel about the rape and
murder of a young woman during the 1970's. A series of flashbacks set up
the story\, during which Argentina has fallen under the control of a mi
litary junta and fair trials are scarce. Benjamin teams up with his frie
nd Pablo to hunt for the true perpetrator. They struggle to have the cas
e reopened\, but find that bureaucracy and power in Argentine government
have made this close to impossible.\n&nbsp\;\nFor more information\, pl
