The Share the Magic Toy Drive Inspired by Barbara Y. Aguirre was started in December 2010. We started it as a way to honor our mom after she passed away from Lung Cancer in October of 2009. Our toy drive is inspired by the greatest memories of those Magical Christmas mornings that our Mom, Barbara, created for us through out our lives. Our goal is to spread some of that same magic, by helping those during difficult times when they may think the world just doesn't care. Our donors have shown people do care, by continuing to support our event!!

Christmas 2013 we donated over 800 toys, this does not include the puzzles, crayons, coloring books and other craft activities, to the following organizations, on top of helping four families that were in need of some Christmas Magic.
South Suburbia Crisis Center in Tinley Park, IL
Hopes Children Hospital, Oak Lawn, IL
Ronald Mc Donald House Oak Lawn, IL
Mercy Home for Boys and Girls, Chicago
Spring of 2012 we donated 37 Easter Baskets for kids 2 weeks old to 16 years old to South Suburbia Crisis Center, Tinley Park, IL .
Christmas 2011 we donated over 400 toys (not including all the puzzles and arts and crafts ) to the following organizations along with helping two families that were in need .

Guardian Angel Community Services in Joliet, IL
