Donate blood, food at LifeSource, Nov. 27-Dec. 8

LifeSource, Chicagoland’s largest blood services supplier, asks its Oak Lawn donors to bring non-perishable food items when they donate blood at its donor center at 9517 S. Cicero Ave., Oak Lawn, from Nov. 27-Dec. 8.  The food benefits the Greater Chicago Food Depository and the Northern Illinois Food Bank. LifeSource will also donate $1 to each pantry for every participating blood donor. To find your nearest blood donation center, visitwww.lifesource.org
