Reopening a wound in baseball

Good morning I am a very frustrated and concerned parent of Westside Baseball. As of this morning I was told that the new board nominations are up and will be voted on September 12,2013 at 7:00 pm and Mr. John Kelly  is on this list for the new board of 2014. This is the same John Kelly who shamed our league by his racial comments last year and stood up and said he was going to take Sensitivity training classes and NEVER did them. What is the thinking behind the board are they being corrupt? I have also heard that the board is raising all this money for the organization and they have bought nothing and have done nothing to better the league, so with that being said where is our money going? Is the board being paid for volunteer work? I would like to know as well as the parents of Westside where our money is going we have a right to know.
