The Village of Oak Lawn’s fifth annual pumpkin fest happens tomorrow—Saturday, Oct. 20—on the Village Green at 94th Street and Cook Avenue.
The fest offers old-fashioned, wholesome fun including hayrides, pony rides, bobbing for apples, cow milking and magical stilt walker. Did we mention it was free?
Kids can shoot down a 90-foot Scary Moon Jump slide, jump around the inflatable pumpkin moonwalk, play spinning dizzy dragons, and ride the big witch and little pig carnival attractions. Did we mention it was free?

Oak Lawn Police and Fire Departments are hosting an open house with Emergency Communications where parents can get their kids fingerprinted in the childhood identification program.
Food and pumpkins will be sale on the village green
The fest runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 20. Guess what? It's free.
