SXU Presents Free Summer Concert and Fireworks Show, June 22

Saint Xavier University is hosting a free concert and fireworks show for the community, featuring New Odyssey Band at SXU's Chicago campus on June 22.

Please join Saint Xavier University for the school’s annual summer concert and fireworks show this Sunday, June 22.

This year, the New Odyssey Band will be back bringing their “three guys, 30 instruments” experience to the SXU stage, as they tear through sets of classic rock, country, novelty and other speciality arrangements. The show begins at 7 p.m. on the front steps of the Warde Academic Center at SXU’s Chicago campus, 3700 W. 103rd St.

The concert will conclude with a patriotic finale and fireworks display at 9:45 p.m. (dusk). This year’s fireworks will be launched with better audience sight lines in mind.
