Seen around town: In response to Oak Lawn Patch's action news video "Pothole Waltz," several readers reported a tire tragedy on Thursday afternoon at the CNX railroad crossing at 108th Street and Central Avenue on neighborhood Facebook pages.

I cross there all the time, I go across real slow and people aer right on my bumper. Slow down people, they don't seem like their in a hurry to fix it.

Totally agree with you Char. I do those tracks at least twice a week. And CSX tracks on Ridgeland are just as bad. Taking it slow until CSX get their a$$es in gear fixing them will save everyone a lot of grief!

That's more than tire damage, that's probably a broken tierod/control arm

i saw that car yesterday, ouch! They have to do something about those tracks and on ridgeland in chicago ridge

There is a sign with a phone number there to report potholes. Start calling and flood their phones.
