Zombie 101: Be the Undead for Halloween (VIDEO)

Ingredients:
- Oatmeal (or something else to give texture)
- Cocoa powder
- Baby powder
- Hair spray
- Liquid latex
- Fake blood (ketchup will work if you don't mind smelling like ketchup; also it will attract flies, which a plus for costume accuracy, a minus for hygiene)
- An eye pencil
- Black greasepaint
- White greasepaint (or gray instead of both black and white)
- Make-up sponges
- Hair color (the baby powder can work, but won't stick as well)
