Free Teen Movie Screening: The Karate Kid (2010)

The Oak Lawn Public Library, 5300 W. 95th St., will host a free movie screening of "The Karate Kid" for students in grades 6-10 on Wednesday, Nov. 3 at 6 p.m.  In this 2010 remake, American teen Dre Parker moves to China and must learn kung fu in order to overcome local bullies.  Rated:PG.  Running time:140 minutes..
