St Laurence H.S. is celebrating its 50 year anniversary by hosting an alumni band concert Sunday at 2pm, featuring alumni players from the 70s, 80s, 90s, and 00s as well as featuring band alum himself Chris Medina (from American Idol fame) as a soloist performing with the jazz band. Selections being performed range include both marching and concert pieces the program has played over the years.
The concert is completely free but goodwill donations are accepted at the concert benefiting the St Laurence/Queen of Peace music program and Juliana Ramos' Recovery fund.
