First Responder Appreciation Sunday

On Sunday,

Set. 8th, at 10:00am, 
Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 8659 S. Sayre

Ave.  Burbank,  IL. will hold a special service to honor our local fire,
police, and EMS first responders. We invite you all to join us in this “Thank
You”. You will have an opportunity to meet our local first responders, see
their equipment, and visit the Lutheran Church Charities “Comfort Dogs” who

comfort people in crises all over the U.S. Including Sandy Hook, Colorado fires and Kansas tornado's.


Pastor Steve
Lee
will give a power point presentation with pictures, sharing his experiences
as a chaplain at Ground Zero in the days immediately after 9/11. Pastor Lee has
served as chaplain at many crises, most recently Moore, Okla. Plan to attend
