Flu Shots

Attention Oak Lawn Seniors!

Meijer Pharmacy will be sponsoring flu shot administration. Shots are free when you present your Red, White, and Blue medical card! Walk-in's are welcome, but sign up in advance to guarantee your appointment!

The sign up form is available in the Senior Center administration office or by calling 708-499-0240. Wear clothes that allow access to upper arm.
