Clancy’s, Oak Lawn’s favorite new Irish pub and pizza parlor, is hosting an Irish New Year’s Eve Party starting at 5 p.m. with a 6 p.m. countdown (midnight in Ireland), followed with live Irish music by the John Williams Band of Merriment.
