TEAM SCHWARZ Lung Cancer FUNdraiser

Friends and Family of TEAM SCHWARZ please join us at our Benefit in an effort to raise money for the Bonnie J Addario Lung Cancer Foundation !!!

We are TEAM SCHWARZ and we will continue to fight for our father Daniel Schwarz who lost his 9 month battle to stage IV non small cell lung cancer in 2012. Please stand up with us and let's find a cure!! 

The Bonnie J Addario Lung Cancer Foundation is patient founded and patient driven with a mission to eradicate lung cancer in today's world. They fund research for a cure and host support groups for those who are currently battling this vicious disease. 

TEAM SCHWARZ will participate in the BJALCF 5K this spring in downtown Chicago. We hope you will join us at our FUNdraiser and help us raise money. 

ALL ages are welcome. 
General admission is $10, children under 12 are free.
Tickets will be sold through TEAM SCHWARZ throughout the weeks before the benefit AND at the door the day of. 

We will have LIVE music by BitterSweet featuring Paula Marr!! We will have a silent auction, a basket raffle of prizes (including a liquor basket & a flat screen TV), and other games like split the pot---ALLLLLLLLLL the money will go to the lung cancer foundation.

Pizza will be provided HOWEVER donations of finger foods & desserts are greatly appreciated.
