They did a great job cutting my hair. The only downfall during their new opening is the location. Cicero is a nightmare. I live at 99th and Pulaski and it took me 30mins to go from 99-97 on Cicero.

The Popeye's in Burbank has a hand sanitizer installed behind the counter, but honestly, the employees hardly ever use it, which is why, after a horrible experience at that location last July, I have not patronized ANY Popeye's since!!!
