The 28th annual St. Catherine’s Men’s Club Sports Night fundraiser will take place on Saturday, February 26th. Doors will open at 5:30 PM. For

those unfamiliar with the event, Sports Night takes place in the Alexandria Center (school gym). As in past years, there will be an open bar (beer

and soft drinks), a delicious sit-down dinner from Chuck's BBQ (beef brisket, ribs, pulled pork, and sides), celebrity guest speakers, a silent auction,

raffles and more.

Sports Night is the biggest event of the year for the Men’s Club, and the funds raised during the event support the school, the athletic association, and the many charitable causes and organizations that the Men’s Club has supported over the years. Last year the Club surpassed the $550,000 mark in donations made since the event began in 1983.

Some of the organizations and people who have been helped in the past:
• St. Catherine’s School, Athletic Association, & Parish
• March of Dimes
• High School scholarships
• Public Action to Deliver Shelter (PADS) homeless shelter
• Police & Fireman Widows Funds
• Families who have experienced disasters (e.g. fires)
• Families who have suffered the unexpected death of a parent/ primary-provider.
• Tuition assistance for families in need (Guardian Angel Fund)

Tickets are $65 each and include ten (10) $1 Dollar Raffle tickets and three (3) $5 raffle tickets. There is a maximum reservation limit of 3 tables (of 8) per person, and it will be first-pay, first-serve. As in past years we expect the 600+ tickets to the event to sell-out very quickly, and we are looking into using additional space for possible over-flow.
