Comments never post

Is anyone else getting really frustrated with posting comments? I can post this, but if I try to comment on it it won't show up. Don't believe me? Check the number of comments on any story, then actually count the comments that are shown. No, I don't think it's intentional at all, just frustrating. I have tried on 4 different computers each with different operating system. I have contacted the patch support, I had to give them my user name and password and they had to post for me. They said I should simply refresh the page and it will show up. That does not help...so I've tried to contact support for the past two weeks to no avail. Has this happened to anyone else?
