Illinois Conceal Carry

So what are everyone's thoughts on this? They are starting to get the instructors approved and have set the curriculum guidelines. The guidelines that have been set are pretty intensive and the longest in the country. http://www.isp.state.il.us/firearms/ccw/CurriculumApprovalRequest%282-638%29.pdf They also require a passing grade of 70% on the shooting qualification. So unlike most conceal carry in the country, the IL one actually has a qualification in order to get your Conceal Carry Permit. How many of you would be interested in taking the course? It's a 2 day 16 hr(total) class.
