Rats having A Picnic on Minnick

I was visiting my parents who live in a condo on 96th & Minnick.  I walked down to the grocery store Fresh Line Foods around 6 pm. I saw at least 6 rats running the parking lot of the grocery. They ran across the street and into the bushes of the condo building. I noticed the lids on Fresh Lines dumpsters were all open. I walked to the store the next day and the dumpster lids were still open. I took photos of the food inside that was thrown away. The food was not in containers or bags. Just dumped on top of all the other garbage. The same thing happened the following day. So for the 3 days now, the lids on the dumpsters were left open all night with a bunch of thrown out food sitting right on top for the rats to have a picnic. According to one of the guys I talked to that lives in the condo building across the alley from Fresh line foods, these rats are running around every night. I was told the residents of the condo building  have complained to the village and nothing is done about the situation.
