Firefighter Injured Battling House Fire
Oak Lawn Fire Department remain at scene of hours fire on West 99th Street.
Updated, 10:19 a.m. -- Oak Lawn Village Manager Larry Deetjen confirmed that two Oak Lawn firefighters were brought to Advocate Christ Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries after battling a large house fire.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.

10 a.m. -- Chicago Breaking News reported a house fire on the 4900 block of West 99th Street on Tuesday morning.
One firefighter was reported injured, and possibly a second firefighter were en route to the hospital, a source at the scene said.

The fire started about 9:15 a.m. Tuesday.
