Oak Lawn police received several calls of a Chevy Blazer swerving all over Cicero Avenue around 12:54 a.m. Nov. 23. Officers found Evaristo Castillo, 23, of Franklin Park, asleep behind the wheel of his car that was parked in the shopping center lot at 87th Street and Cicero Avenue, reports said.
Castillo was alone but still thought his friend was in the car with him and did not appear to know in which direction he was traveling, police said.

After failing field sobriety tests, Castillo was taken to the Oak Lawn police station where he was charged with driving under the influence, police said.
Castillo allegedly refused to take a Breathalyzer test and told police that it was time for him to go home.
