Man Charged for Walking Into Garage, Scaring Women
Burbank resident was too intoxicated to provide name or birthdate, Oak Lawn police say.
A Burbank man was charged for walking uninvited into a garage on the 8800 block of South Central Avenue and frightening two women, Oak Lawn police said.
Wladyslaw Kowalczyk, 40, of the 5900 of West 79th Street in Burbank, was charged with disorderly conduct on June 14.
According to a police report, the women asked Kowalczyk to leave the garage several times. Both women became frightened after he refused to leave. Kowalczyk left when he heard them calling 911 and was seen stumbling southbound down Central Avenue, according to the report.

Kowalcyzk was found on the sidewalk a few doors down from the women’s garage. Police said Kowalcyzk appeared highly intoxicated and was unable to give them his name or birthdate.
