The man called the number in the ad and requested a “white female companion.” About an hour later, he heard a buzz at the door of his apartment complex. A woman said she was there for the massage.

He buzzed her into the building. A few minutes later someone knocked on his door. Police said that when the man opened his door, a black male and black female were standing in the hallway.

The man asked the couple “who the hell are you?”

After he told them they weren’t the female companion he ordered off the website, the couple forced their way into his apartment.

Police said the male home invader shut and locked the door. They demanded money from the man and said they would start taking his stuff if he didn’t give it to them.

The male home invader then tried to grab the man’s cell phone out of his hand. As the man pulled his hand away, he was able to shove the couple back out into the hall and lock his door.

The man told police he started yelling for someone to call 911. He went out on his balcony and saw the couple drive away in a silver car.

Police said the man wasn’t injured except for a scratch on his thumb when he pulled his cell phone out of the other man’s hand.

The man said he would not be able to help police do a composite drawing of the home invaders.
