Patch has obtained a copy of the federal subpoena seeking documents related to the contract bidding process for replacement of Oak Lawn Public Works facility roof.

It has been nine months since the village was served with a federal criminal subpoena seeking documents related to a contract bid to replace the roof on the public works building.

Patch has obtained a copy of that subpoena looking the processes to select Adler Roofing Co., of Joliet, employing the brother of village trustee Bob Streit (Dist. 3), even though the company was not the lowest bidder.
