Open Mic Readings

The Oak Lawn Public Library, 5300 W. 95th St., invites local writers to participate in an Open Mic Short Story and Poetry Reading on Thursday, May 19, at 7 p.m. 

Bring in your best original piece and register at the door to read.  There is a five minute time limit for all readers.  Members of the community are also welcome to attend and listen in.  Coffee and light refreshments will be provided.
