Taking God to Work discussion group registration

Register at 708-422-4200 or office@pilgrimfaith.org.for a 5 week discussion group called "Taking God to Work."  Group meets 6:30 pm each Sunday evening beginning September 30. Topics include:


Sep 30 -"Keeping Everyone Happy: Dealing with competing expectations from the boss, clients, customers, co-workers and others."


Oct 7 - "Ethical Issues: What we do, what others do, how workers and customers are treated, how money is used and other basic values."


Oct 14 - "Dealng with Obnoxious People: Love, peace & patience are great ideas but how do we put them into practice and keep our sanity?"


Oct 21 - "Is This What God Wants Me to Do? Does God call me to particular work?  If I don't like my work, should I do something else?  Is that even possible?"


Oct 28 - "Letting Christ's Light Shine in the Workplace: How do we live our faith without being inappropriate? How can that be good for us and others?"

The Popeye's in Burbank has a hand sanitizer installed behind the counter, but honestly, the employees hardly ever use it, which is why, after a horrible experience at that location last July, I have not patronized ANY Popeye's since!!!
