Oak Lawn Spartans Sign Off on College Letters of Intent

Oak Lawn Community High School student athletes commit to colleges in front of family and friends.

Oak Lawn Community High School celebrated as eleven of its seniors signed their collegiate letters of intent on April 24.

Superintendent/Principal Dr. Michael Riordan and Athletic Director Kevin McKeown joined head coaches and family members in recognizing athletes.

  • Jasmin Pelaez (Robert Morris – Track and Field)
  • LaTondra Brooks (Western Michigan – Basketball)
  • Jannah Mahmoud (Robert Morris – Basketball)
  • Jake Slusinski (St. Xavier University– Baseball)
  • Matt Dunne (Roosevelt University – Baseball)
  • Paulina Kotwica (Roosevelt – Tennis)
  • Ed Trybula (Concordia University – Football)
  • David Michaels (Elmhurst College– Track and Field, Football)
  • Becky Bradshaw (Univ. of Wisconsin – Stout – Volleyball)
  • Elisabeth Childers (Trinty Christian College – Softball).  

These athletes embody the character traits that exemplify Spartan Pride.  Oak Lawn is extremely proud of the student athletes and wish them the best of luck as they embark on their college journey.  Once a Spartan, always a Spartan.  Pride in Teaching, Pride in Learning, Pride in Playing, Spartan Pride!
