Seniors say, 'goodbye yellow' and black 'brick road.' Hello college, armed forces and working life.
Yellow and black. Two colors near opposite ends of the spectrum that you wouldn't think of putting together, except when students at dawned them proudly during graduation on Thursday night.
After four years of academics, clubs, sports and social life, students said goodbye to their high school lives and hello to the future. Many will head off to college, some will join the armed forces and others will hit the ground working.
But as they move on to to bigger-and-better things, the Class of 2011 couldn't help but smile, hug their friends and listen to their families shout from the bleachers.
