Volleyball Players and Teams needed for Charity Tournament

Volleyball players and teams are needed for the Volleyball for Charity 32nd Annual Coed Volleyball Tournament and Party on Saturday, April 14. Games will be played at select locations including the Chicago Ridge Park District, St. Xavier University, and one other south suburban volleyball facility.

All proceeds from Volleyball for Charity will benefit individuals with developmental disabilities at Park Lawn.

The 2011 tournament had 56 coed teams participating (over 500 players) and the after tournament party at Beverly Country Club had a standing room crowd of over 230 guests, players and supporters! In 2011, Volleyball for Charity was able to donate $16,000.00 to Park Lawn.  Over the thirty-one years of VFC’s fund raising efforts, they have donated over $431,000 to benefit programs for individuals with developmental disabilities.
