i would recommend Allen's Riteway to my friends. I called asked for them to be at my house next day 9:30 am and they showed up 9:15. Reviewed my problem-explained the situation and what needed to be done-suggesting middle cost to best parts and which they would recommend and why. They established a fair price(with a senior discount)-brought the parts back promptly
-explained what was to done and why I had the problem, and best of all cleaned up the area and took away the debris. 5-star I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Owner’s response to complaint!!!! Seniors receive 10% discounts, however, WE DO NOT WORK FOR FREE! There is absolutely NO TRUTH to this! The original bill was $350 for parts & labor due to the condition of the old faucet. The price was agreed upon before the work was started. It took my technician almost 3 hours to remove it because it was so old that parts were seized & others broken off! The customer wanted a cheaper price once the work was complete so in order to keep him happy, I asked what he thought was fair. He stated $200. I accepted it in order to keep him happy & he was. Parts did not cost $50, they cost $137.48 which means we made absolutely NO MONEY! So instead of appreciating what we did, his wife writes a nasty review 6 months later? How is that for gratitude!
Allen's Right Way Plumbing & Sewer Are Con Artists!!! They installed a piece of garbage kitchen faucet, that They purchased at Home Depot for $50 ( we were shown the receipt) and TRIED TO CHARGE US $500.00 !!
BTW, that was in Feb. of this year, we had to replace it in June.
FYI My husband and I are seniors. we gave the guy $200.00 and were still ripped off! - - - Zero Stars.

Not ONE WORD OF TRUTH!!! NOT ONE!!! There was NO "estimate"
of time or cost. It took 3 hours because the "supposed" plumber spent more time in his van outside yaking on his cell phone than he did doing ANY WORK. It took LESS tha 10 minutes to remove the "old" Faucet!! He then went to HD for the $50.00 faucet. He showed us the receipt! He then WENT BACK to HD because he "forgot something". Now I live 4 blocks from HD and this woman sends a guy ~ surely NOT a plumber~ but insisting that he is a Union Plumber. Real plumbers go to a site asses the situation, and if they go for supplies, they show you the receipts and they don't "forget something"!!!! The BBB had a similar complaint filed against this outfit just 2 months before they did this to us!!!!! SCAMMERS!
