As the second largest community college in Illinois, Moraine Valley provides area students with a multitude of course offerings and areas of study. In addition to traditional college course offerings, Moraine Valley offers a variety of certification programs and classes designed to update professional skill sets.
The campus, on just less than 200 acres of space, has rapidly expanded and renovated in recent years. With 748 credit courses offered each year, Moraine Valley is an increasingly popular option for students looking to save money during their first two years of college.
The campus features a walking track popular with Palos area residents, as well as a nature study area. Its fine arts performing center and frequent children's programs make the college a hub of community activity.
