I have been going to New Day Salon for 8 yrs now and LOVE IT! The staff is wonderful! EVERYONE from the front desk to the back door are kind, friendly, accomodating and just plain Good people. Michael is a great stylist and person and I find it unimagineable that he would treat ANYONE the way "Sherri" suggested.

The owners are very nice, I have had a quality massage there in the past, and Grace does a fabulous job with eyebrows. However, I do not think a salon can retain a good reputation with the poor attitude, disrespect, and very poor service that I experienced with stylist, Mike.

This salon IS family! They are so nice. They remember your name, your husband's name, your kids' names. They make you feel welcome. They are also one of the most generous salons around when you have a cause you feel strongly about. The sister team who owns New Day can't be beat! LOVE them!!!!

Mike has been doing my hair for 16 years and he is great, patient, and so flexible and accommodating! Most of my family goes to Mike too for hair services. I have been in the salon many times when Sherri was there and she is never satisfied with her hair, mainly her highlights. I've witnessed hours of her appts. with Mike trying to make it right. She can't be that dissatisfied if she was a return client for close to 18 months. New Day and everyone is a great place!
