In short -- always an all-around great experience! I bought my 2 year old Toyota Certifed Camry in 1994, because my salesman recommended a used car, rather than new car, after listening to my financial situation. I've just rolled 190,000 miles and it runs just as well as it did in '94. I have my car serviced there and the service department is top notch. They explain any needed repairs plainly, provide options if they're available, and the estimates are right on target. They are professional, polite, and efficient all at once. The repairs have always been done right too. The parts counter was also great when I've needed wiper blades or car mats. Cashiers are friendly and fast. I like the after hours key drop when I can't get there during business hours.
