I had one of the worst experience ever. Drove 20 miles for a deep dish sausage Chicago pizza and sat for 2 and a half hours and never got it. They served my pizza to the table behind us...told us we would get the pizza taken off the bill and they would put another in...well then gave us a scoop of free spumoni ice cream as we waited which was real nice...but then 40 mins later we received our bill with the pizza on there and no pizza...WTF told the waitress and she took the pizza off we sat waiting for the pizza ...never came. SO we asked and she said I thought you didn't want it. My husband saw the manager and he gave us WOW a F'n 10 dollar off coupon for our next visit. After spending 40 dollars for beer and soup we get 10 dollars off and a spumoni????? REALLY????? Nice BIRTHDAY PIZZA NADA so disappointed and never going back even if they have a good pie...but I guess I will never know.

Pizza cost lots on money. We get it but not that much due to cost. Good pizza

Great food, just a little pricey to eat there too often.

Palermo's is the best. We like the Palermo's Special with added pepperoni. Their chicken and pasta is really good too. And the manicotti omg!

It's quite pricey but the food is really good......parking is awful and the pizza isn't what it was years back..Not the same taste but not bad..Not a bad place for good Italian food but it is a bit pricey.. Wouldn't suggest their pizza anymore as there are many other pizza places that are better in the area......

Good pizza if you like a sweeter sauce. Best lemon chicken around, but pretty pricey, especially if you're just looking for a Friday night pizza.

Thin crust, cheese and sausage, peppers and ........anchovies on the side!! Great!
Whether it's Pizza or any of the savory meals on the menu, in house or delivered, the service is superb and the portions plentiful.
Never disappointed.

I've eaten there two, maybe three times and it seems to me to be greatly over-rated.
