Fugitive Deemed 'Armed and Dangerous' Picked Up on Warrant, Cops Say
Police arrest 36-year-old man wanted out of Rockford for felony heroin delivery in Oak Lawn, reports say.
An alleged Rockford drug dealer deemed armed and dangerous was arrested in Oak Lawn after a license plate check revealed he was wanted on an outstanding warrant, reports said. Oak Lawn police were conducting a premise check at the Midway Inn around 9:04 a.m. Nov. 28, when the officer noticed an unoccupied 2004 Dodge Durango with the engine running in the parking lot. The officer spoke to an employee who said the car belonged to a guest at the motel. An ID left at the front desk identified the guest as Frederick McDonald, 36, of Rockford.
